Enrollment Information
Children must be age 5 or older on or before September 1, 2024.
Documents necessary for enrollment:
-Original Birth Certificate or certified copy, with raised seal, issued by the clerk of the county where your child was born or the health department of the state of birth
-Immunization Records for your child
-Vision and Hearing Screening Results for your child
-2024 Kindergarten Screener Sign-up
-Document One demonstrating PROOF OF RESIDENCY (mortgage/lease agreement, tax bill)
-Document Two demonstrating PROOF OF RESIDENCY (utility bills, bank statements- mailed to your current address, etc.)
-Document Three demonstrating PROOF OF RESIDENCY (Driver's License/State ID with current address, mail to your current address, etc.)
